Today, the grapes planted are for red wines Barbera and Bonarda and for white wines Malvasia di Candia aromatica, Ortrugo and Trebiano, some Moscato.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAll the estate is in certified organic culture and winemaking doesn’t use any enological products. As for Elena Pantaleoni, wines have to be true and linked to the soil they are from. This is the only way to produce unique wines that won’t be the same to another produced somewhere else.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eCostabosco is La Stoppa’s new skin-contact white, made from Malvasia di Candia Aromatica grown on a vineyard bordering woodland, where cooler conditions and filtered sunlight encourage slower ripening. Macerated on skins for a shorter period than it's bigger brother Ageno, before ageing between stainless steel and large oak casks, it offers a fresher, more finely drawn expression. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003eAromas of dried flowers, herbal infusions and ripe citrus lead to a vibrant, textured palate, combining saline freshness, mineral tension and remarkable finesse.
