Yves Canarelli is no doubt one of the most gifted Corsican winemakers and renowned worldwide to boot! Using biodynamic methods, he’s a great ambassador of the local grape varieties. Clos Canarelli’s wines symbolise the renewal and vitality of vineyards in the area around Figari. The ‘Terra d’Orasi’ wines exude class and are some of the very best in Corsica. They are seriously amongst the best wines in the portfolio.
Mineral, clean but rich with aromas of acacia, white peach, marzipan and almonds. On the palate, a touch of lavender, fresh acidity and a pleasant slight bitterness, age very well.
Grape: 100% Vermentinu (or Vermentino Italy or Rolle in South Est France)
