Rosso di Contrada is a wine made from Nero d'Avola grapes from the Coniglio, Lenza Lunga, Conca, and Parrino vineyards, each with its own unique soil hues, exposure, and slopes.

 Rosso di Contrada is the expression of our work and of a hill immersed in the natural setting of the Buonivini district. To fully understand the potential of each individual vineyard, we have always vinified and aged each parcel separately. The grapes are never pressed; they are only destemmed, enhancing their distinctive characteristics and respecting the raw material. It ages in steel tanks for a year, and is bottled on the fruit days of the lunar calendar.
