The estate was created by Georges Bonnigal in 1927, located in Limeray, on the hillside on the north bank of the Loire, near Amboise. Since 2015, Jean Baptiste BONNIGAL, who embodies the 4th Generation, has been running the associated estate with his long-time friend Stéphane BODET. their desire is to be close to nature, to produce wines representative of the vintage with accuracy, clarity, purity,. For this a very important work is done in the vineyard, the hoeing is carried out every 15 days to aerate the soil, in order to develop the microbial life and thus promotes and strengthens the development of different plants, They carry out the plot, make the manual leaf stripping, disbudding, weeding in the vines, management of an eco system, the harvest is manual.

This vintage is made from the estate's Sauvignon grapes, harvested at full maturity. Whose vines vary in age from 25 to 55 years. The grapes are sorted on a sorting table and then put into direct pressing. Alcoholic fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged in stainless steel vats on fine lees. The wine is bottled with 0.6 g/L of residual sugars .
