Sébastien Vincenti of Domaine de Fondrèche is widely recognised as one of the two best producers in Ventoux and to make things even better, he has kept very reasonable prices despite the ever increasing fame and demand. His wines are very polished and seductive, yet he always aims to improve his technique. Sébastien is moving to organic culture and uses specific canopy management to produce very ripe and rich wines, whilst harmonising the alcohol.

A ripe basketful of black fruits, cherry and raspberry aromas, with notes of violet and lavender, mocha spice, and smoky minerality.

Grapes: 20% Mourvèdre, 30% Syrah, 50% Grenache
