Sébastien Vincenti of Domaine de Fondrèche is widely recognized as one of the two best producers in Ventoux and to make things even better, he has kept very reasonable prices despite the ever increasing fame and demand. His wines are very polished and seductive, yet he always aims to improve his technique. Sébastien is moving to organic culture and uses specific canopy management to produce very ripe and rich wines, whilst harmonizing the alcohol.

Refreshing and vibrant with a crisp acidity and rich notes of lemon curd, brioche, apricot and peach.

Grapes: 30% Marsanne, 30% Roussanne, 30% Clairette, 10% Rolle (Vermentino)
