Pinot Grigio Colli Trevigiani: vineyards are located in Colle di Attila and Varizzet, around Farra di Soligo. The vineyards are cultivated/ trained in the classic “Guyot” system. Their soils are chalk/ clay. Grapes are destemmed and then pressed gently. The slow fermentation at 18°C lasts for 10-12 days. The wine is then decanted and retained in dedicated stainless steel tanks for the controlled low temperature stabilization. Bottling takes place the following Spring.
