The 6-hectare Domaine Hauvette is run along strictly biodynamic lines by Dominique Hauvette in the village of St-Remy de Provence in the appellation of Les Baux de Provence. Dominique's wines have become much sought-after in recent years largely due to the enthusiasm of Robert Parker for the wines. Like the nearby Domaine de Trevallon the wines made here are a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Grenache and are classically understated yet full of the earthy aromas and flavours of the garrigue.

Precise aromatics are packed with fragrant raspberries, wild cherries and strawberries. Very refined and savoury on the palate with a medium body, fresh red fruits and a delightfully smooth, stony mineral zing.
