Vinos Bio Pedro Olivares is a project in Murcia coordinated by the aforementioned Pedro Olivares with the objective of making natural wines from old organically-farmed vines 

The Bobal comes from the Venta del Moro area, at an altitude of almost 950 meters in the Valencian region of La Plana de Requena and Utiel. The Monastrell comes from the Bullas region of Murcia, where it takes four harvests to produce the wine. The first harvest achieves acidity, another fruity harvest, the third phenolic ripening, and the last, whose plot is located at 1,000 meters, achieves highly complex nuances with a degree of over-ripening.
