"Le Blanc du Tremble" by Domaine Marie-Courtin is actually a Côteaux Champenois (a still white wine, not a sparkling champagne) made from 100% Pinot Noir grown in Polisot within the Côte des Bar region. Crafted biodynamically by Dominique Moreau.

Kimmeridgian limestone soils from a single east-facing parcel named Le Tremble with vines roughly 40 to 50 years old.

Fermented using native yeasts in small amphoras (clay and sandstone) for about 11 months, unfined and unfiltered with minimal or no added sulfur.

Features crisp citrus and green apple aromas, laser-like palate precision, stony minerality, and a distinct salty finish.
