COOPERS CHOICE, NORTH BRITISH 29 Y.O SINGLE CASK, LOWLAND 1992

Edinburgh's North British Grain Distillery has been making whisky since the mid 1880's, mostly for use in blending. Grain whisky is a combination of grains (corn, wheat and barley), distilled in a continuous still. It tends to become better and better as it gets a little older. 

This is a single Bourbon cask 29 year old North British, one of 390 bottles.
