Sébastien Vincenti of Domaine de Fondrèche is widely recognized as one of the two best producers in Ventoux and to make things even better, he has kept very reasonable prices despite the ever increasing fame and demand. His wines are very polished and seductive, yet he always aims to improve his technique. Sébastien is moving to organic culture and uses specific canopy management to produce very ripe and rich wines, whilst harmonising the alcohol.

Power and purity of the estate’s oldest vines with a refined aromatic profile of white florals, citrus and subtle orchard fruit, shaped by Ventoux’s mineral, high‑altitude terroir. On the palate, it shows texture, lift and impressive freshness, delivering an elegant balance of finesse and terroir‑driven vitality.
