Sébastien Vincenti of Domaine de Fondrèche is widely recognised as one of the two best producers in Ventoux and to make things even better, he has kept very reasonable prices despite the ever increasing fame and demand. His wines are very polished and seductive, yet he always aims to improve his technique. Sébastien is moving to organic culture and uses specific canopy management to produce very ripe and rich wines, whilst harmonising the alcohol.

Smoky mineral depth with notes of apricot, fig, pear eau de vie and herbs. Fat and expansive, concentrated in the centre with fresh mineral depth.

Grapes: 90% Roussanne, 10% Clairette
