Nathalie Blanc-Mares is in charge of this imposing 70 hectare property near Bellegarde in Costières de Nimes. Judiciously, several years ago she decided to plant some Roussanne, Marsanne and Viognier. The result is the Mas Carlot range of exceptional white wines to complement some classic reds. Modern technology ensures the production of hugely enjoyable wines at everyday prices. Château Paul Blanc is Nathalie’s premium range named after her father.

With Robert Parker describing Mas Carlot as "one of [his] favorite estates from the Costieres de Nimes", the elegant, medium-bodied Mas Carlot Costières de Nîmes Rouge 2014 is packed with ripe red berries and a touch of garrgues. It pairs particularly well with barbecued meats and roasted vegetables.
