Edoardo Valentini was known locally as the “Lord of the Vines.” This resolute old-timer, when he was alive, always disregarded all modern conventions and wrapped his operations in a shroud of mystery, fervently guarding his production techniques from outsiders. Valentini’s wines always display a startlingly natural character, their individual quirks only enhancing their profound charm. It's for good reason that along with Emilio Pepe, his wines are some of the most revered and sought after wines in the world. 

Complex, opulent, Trebbiano di Valentini does not hide any of its exceptional characteristics of great elegance. The wine has a beautiful straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose the aromas are fresh and of great breadth in which we find ripe fruit, nuances of jam and then floral notes of white flowers such as acacia and hawthorn. It is a wine of great olfactory persistence. In the mouth it is rich, consistent, warm and with a good acidity.
