Chateau de L’Escarelle is one of the most prestigious wine estates in the heart of Provence, with 100 hectares of organically certified vineyards set in 1,000 hectares of beautiful woodland.

The vineyards sit at elevations up to 500 metres, benefiting from clay‑limestone soils and the moderating influence of the local climate, which helps produce fresh, expressive wines. The estate follows sustainable and environmentally responsible viticultural practices, holding High Environmental Value (HVE3) certification and prioritising biodiversity through minimal chemical use and careful land stewardship.

Crystalline clarity and the subtlest of yellow tones, the nose reveals delicate apricot and citrus fruits with white blossom. White-fleshed fruits follow onto the palate, married with more crisp and refreshing green apple and citrus. The impression is of energy, with clean, crisp acidity and a mineral backbone that supports every sip. Well-balanced and with a lingering finish, this wine shows the classic elegance of high altitude plantings in Provence and offers great versatility.
